After Studying Culinary Arts at Highlands College in Jersey, Glenn Joined the Michelin Starred Ocean Restaurant at the Atlantic Hotel.
During this time, he won the Channel Islands Young Chef of the Year.
At 19 he went to Copenhagen to work at the ‘World’s Best Restaurant’ the 2 Michelin Starred Noma on an internship.
He then joined the team at The Hand & Flowers in Marlow, a 2 Michelin starred pub.
On his return to Jersey, Glenn took the position of Head Pastry Chef at the Atlantic Hotel and its Michelin starred restaurant.
After 2 years, he took the opportunity to work at Ecole Valrhona Paris-Versailles. 3 years later, he took on the role as Pastry Chef Instructor for responsible for L’Ecole Valrhona in the Middle-East, India and Africa.
Following 6 years working for Valrhona, Glenn left the team to pursue his long term objective of opening his own chocolate shop on the island of Jersey, due to open in the summer of 2023.
